About the Role
The Field Supervisor is the heart of our technician team's success. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, culture-building, tracking performance, and ensuring our technician team feels supported, appreciated, and aligned with Summit values.
You will work closely with leadership to build a reliable, positive, growth-minded technician team and help make Summit Cleaning an amazing place to work.
What You Will Do
Recruit, interview, and hire technicians
Run pre-boarding, orientation, and 90-day onboarding
Coordinate field training with trainers and leadership
Track attendance, reliability, and performance trends
Manage employee files and HR-lite documentation
Build employee engagement and recognition programs
Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive, drama-free culture
Collaborate with leadership on hiring, retention, and training strategies
