Are you a highly organized person? Are you looking for a change? We are searching for a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help support the Recruiting team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects daily, having a direct impact on the organization's growth. This is a 12 month W2 contract position that will work fully remote.

Talent Solutions RPO is looking to add top talent to join our strong team of Coordinators where our focus is providing an excellent candidate experience to all new hires for our client, Intuit.

RequirementsExperience assisting the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applications HS Diploma or GED required

Salary: $23-25 per hour
