Atlas is looking for someone to join our Recruiting Team as a Recruiting Coordinator in our corporate headquarters in the Austin area (Bee Cave). The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in the hiring process by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers, and interacting in a positive and engaging way with our candidates. This role is onsite with work hours from 9:00am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ADP RM) to ensure accurate data, workflow status, etc.
  • Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and posting jobs to the company website, job boards and social media platforms
  • Preparing offer letters and other on-boarding documents.
  • Initiating and tracking candidate background checks.
  • Working collaboratively with recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
  • Communicating with candidates, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders involved in the recruiting process
  • Generate Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
  • Must maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Assisting with other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruiting support, human resources or administrative experience.
  • Strong documentation and organizations skills, attention to detail.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically ADP.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Must be a strong team player.
