About the Position




Teachers of Tomorrow, the nation's largest alternative certification provider, is seeking a motivated and resourceful

Part-Time Recruiter

to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our mission. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.



What You Will Do:




Key Responsibilities:


Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies Post job openings and actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Support the offer process and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Represent Teachers of Tomorrow's mission and values in all candidate interactions

What We are Looking For




Required:





Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or education industry preferred) Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Location:

Remote (U.S.-based)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
