SCOPE OF POSITION:
Augustine Angels is seeking to employ a recruiter to seek/recruit new business for Augustine Angels. We need the recruiter to connect us with individuals or patients in need of our home help services. In addition, we will need you to help build a pool of care giver candidates by conducting interviews and sometimes phone screens with potential candidates to ensure they meet our requirements, gathering required forms, confirming start dates, and acting as the main point of communication for any logistics regarding orientation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity appreciated.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
- Must be able to keep several tasks in mind and prioritize them.
- Must also be willing to work with agency staff and clients
- Will be a "people person", reliable, upbeat, ready and excited to meet new challenges every day.
- Will be a polished, well-groomed professional.
- Must be comfortable filling in for a caregiver if needed
- Must be patient and kind
- Will also will be able changes if and when they come along
- Is active in their community and have extensive networks
- Is wiling to grow with the company
We are offering $18/hour for onboarding and administrative duties, and $250 for every lead you recruit that becomes a client!
