Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This headhunter-style recruiting position focuses on engaging top-tier Wholesale Mortgage Account Executives --candidates with proven track records and existing books of business. Success in this role requires proactive outreach, strong networking skills, and the ability to build relationships industry-wide

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively recruit experienced Wholesale Mortgage Account Executives.
Build candidate pipelines through cold calling, as well as online social platforms such as LinkedIn.
Lead outreach campaigns, publish engaging content, and showcase Orion Lending's unique value proposition to prospective candidates.
Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals and passive talent pools.
Strengthen Orion Lending's employer brand via targeted social media initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Recruiting and Executive Leadership to achieve hiring and production goals.
Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and follow-up process using company CRM.
Screen, assess, and qualify candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of successful cold-calling experience in recruiting, sales, or related field.
At least 1 year of mortgage recruiting experience (preferred).
Proven ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with passive candidates.
Highly coachable, competitive, self-driven, and motivated to excel.
Strong organizational skills and experience with candidate tracking/CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

Position Summary
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime to complete assigned tasks.
