Due to company growth, ARServices has an immediate opening for a Recruiter, providing support in our recruiting and onboarding endeavors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with initial applicant screening
  • Coordinating hiring activities
  • Scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Assist with onboarding processes and handle administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters and preparing job ads
  • Supporting interviewers and candidates by managing calendars and resolving issues promptly
  • Processing background checks
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient and organized recruiting processes within an organization
  • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory criminal background check required
  • BSc/BA Degree in Human Resources or Business and minimum of seven years\' proven experience as a Recruiter or other recruiting-related role
  • Experience in government contracting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word required
  • SharePoint experience highly desired
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
