Key Responsibilities include:


Guest Experience:


Provide guests with an exceptional recreational experience, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.


Activity Organization:


Organize and oversee a variety of recreational activities such as games, sports, and arts and crafts for guests, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all ages and interests.


Coordination and Facilitation:


Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities, guiding guests through various programs and ensuring their safety and enjoyment.


Information Provision:


Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, including amenities, schedules, and guidelines, to help them make informed decisions about their leisure activities.


Guest Engagement:


Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities, promoting engagement and participation to enhance their vacation experience.


Cashier Services:


Provide cashier services when working in facilities equipped with point-of-sale systems, processing payments accurately and efficiently for guest transactions.


Maintenance and Setup:


Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of recreation and entertainment areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Set up and break down recreational activities according to established protocols and schedules, preparing the facilities for guest use and ensuring efficient operations.


Customer Service Excellence:


Deliver top-notch customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to elevate the vacation experience for guests and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.


Side Work Assistance:


Assist in opening and closing side work tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of recreation facilities and ensuring readiness for guest use.


Service Requests:


Assist guests with service requests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.


What you will bring:


High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a recreation, entertainment, or customer service role is preferred.


Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.


Organizes and participates in recreational activities with guests of all ages.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
