This position is for MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3PM-10PM AT THE FOX RIDGE CHENAL FACILITY *PAY RANGE $11-$12 BASED ON EXPERIENCE* Position Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors and answer incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner. The Receptionist also maintains a clean and neat reception area, handles specific customer services and seeks administrative support as needed. Primary Responsibilities:
- Possess and maintain knowledge of the facility, services provided, the customers, and employees.
- Answer incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.
- Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.
- Ensure that messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.
- Greet all visitors and employees in a warm and helpful manner.
- Ensure that the reception areas are clean, neat and inviting.
- Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Provide other assistance with facility services as requested by supervisor.
- Responsible for daily mail and bank deposits.
Experience and Skills: Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.
- One year receptionist experience preferred.
- Current TB skint test (if you do not have a current TB skin test, you can get one administered at the facility on your start date)
- Proof of the Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination (if you do not have proof, you can get one administered at the facility)
