Responsibilities and Duties
Professionally greet and receive families, guests, and vendors if needed.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and in person.
Perform general office tasks and administrative duties as directed.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
Answer and screen phone calls, ensure accurate dissemination of information.
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a positive, seamless experience.
Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
Minimum 1 year of administrative and customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other business-specific productivity and communication software.
Graphic arts skills preferred, along with the ability to create and edit memorial tribute videos.
