This highly visible role presents the first impression of the organization and requires a professional demeanor and delivery of exceptional five-star customer support and communications. This role provides administrative support that includes drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting guests, maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing general information to the HCC staff, membership, and the public. Attention to detail, the ability to work as a highly functioning team member, being proactive, excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required skills and attributes. A high school diploma with a minimum of three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 administrative experience is required. Thorough knowledge of office equipment and software systems including Microsoft software and virtual meeting hardware and software.
