We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! Organization and multitasking at a fast pace are a Must. Your responsibilities will be to answer the phone and facebook messenger, send invoices to customers, and plug orders into our schedule. Must have excellent customer service, a positive attitude and be detail oriented! Pay may range from $15-$20/hour depending on experience. Job Requirements: Must be friendly and professional Reliable Team player Great customer service attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail oriented Primary Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Customer Service - Answering Phone calls, Facebook messenger, Emails, Returning calls. \xc2\xb7 Collecting customer information \xe2\x80\x93 contact info, and their needs. \xc2\xb7 Scheduling Orders - deliveries and pick-ups, and forwarding installation quotes. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with shop loader and delivery drivers as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Record pallet returns from customers. \xc2\xb7 Invoicing - Billing customers \xc2\xb7 Payment Processing (over phone credit card or in person) \xc2\xb7 Answering customer questions about products (Sod, De-icer, ect.) Education: High school or equivalent Experience: \xc2\xb7 Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required) \xc2\xb7 Previous receptionist experience (preferred but not required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
