Receiving Supervisor

plays a critical role in this mission by ensuring every part, frame, and accessory that enters our facility is accurately received, inspected, and entered into our digital systems.

operations professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. You'll be hands-on on the floor, leading the receiving process, ensuring data integrity in our ERP, WMS, and OMS systems, and collaborating closely with production, inventory control, and fulfillment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all receiving operations

, including inbound shipment scheduling, unloading, inspection, and system receiving.

Verify accuracy

of shipments against purchase orders and packing lists; quickly resolve discrepancies through proactive communication with purchasing and suppliers.

Ensure data accuracy

by entering or verifying all receipts in the ERP, WMS, and OMS systems -- ensuring real-time visibility of inbound inventory.

?

Manage a small receiving team

, training and holding them accountable to Guardian's accuracy and speed standards.

?

Proactively managing risks and roadblocks

with effective cross departmental communication

?

Develop and enforce receiving SOPs

, ensuring consistency across shifts and continuous improvement of workflow and documentation.

?

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Production, Quality, and Fulfillment to ensure materials flow smoothly into inventory and onto the floor without delay.

Track key metrics

, including receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and putaway completion.

?

Work with the tech and systems teams

to identify software or process improvements that streamline data entry, labeling, and traceability.

?

Maintain a safe, organized dock and staging area

that supports high efficiency and inventory visibility.

Key Metrics of Success

? Receiving accuracy > 99%

? Average dock-to-stock time < 24 hours

? 100% real-time visibility of received inventory in ERP/WMS

? Zero unresolved receiving discrepancies each week

Who You Are

? 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, preferably in a manufacturing or DTC fulfillment environment

? Deep familiarity with

ERP, WMS, and OMS

systems -- comfortable navigating digital workflows and identifying system errors or mismatches

? Exceptionally

detail-oriented

with a bias toward accuracy and documentation

?

Assertive and accountable

, able to drive process discipline and follow-up with multiple teams

? Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments (purchasing, production, inventory, fulfillment)

? Hands-on problem solver -- you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves on the dock

? Experience in Acumatica or web-based systems a plus

The Opportunity

This role is foundational to Guardian's next-generation manufacturing and fulfillment operation. You'll help create a seamless digital thread between our suppliers, factory floor, and customer orders -- ensuring every bike and part flows through our system with precision and speed.
