Life Line Emergency Vehicles is a nationally recognized leader in ambulance manufacturing--and we're looking for a Receiving Coordinator who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and keeping materials moving. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our production process, ensuring the right parts get to the right place at the right time so our teams can build world-class emergency vehicles.

What You'll Do



Receiving & Inspection



Unload deliveries and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies; report any issues promptly. Enter received materials into the ERP system accurately. Tag and label materials with correct part information and storage locations.

Inventory & Material Handling



Move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Communicate shortages or overages to Purchasing and Inventory Control.

Documentation & Communication



Maintain accurate receiving records and ensure documentation is properly filed. Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Production to resolve discrepancies. Support traceability and compliance for regulated components. Assist in tracking deliveries and backorders so materials are available for production.

Safety & Compliance



Follow all safety procedures for material handling and equipment operation. Report unsafe conditions immediately. Ensure all incoming shipments meet company, safety, and environmental requirements.

What You Bring



High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus. 2+ years' experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control (manufacturing preferred). Experience using ERP or inventory software (Epicor, SAP, or similar). Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and bills of lading. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Reliable communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
