We're a family-owned company in Gallatin, TN, leading the way in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. We're looking for an experienced and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team!

As a key member of our receiving team, you'll be responsible for verifying the quality and quantity of materials from vendors, using a forklift to put away materials, and ensuring a smooth and efficient receiving process.

What We're Looking For:

A detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills 1+ year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control Basic math skills and ability to operate a forklift Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with vendors and delivery drivers Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours

Shift Information:

Monday to Friday, daytime shifts only (6 am to 2:30 pm) Some overtime may be required, with overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate No less than 40 hours per week

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of distribution center or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification and experience in forklift operation
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
