Shipping and Receiving Associate

You will ensure customer shipments are filled on time and in the correct quantities Additionally you will read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI's), Job-Safety Analysis' (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily shipping and receiving tasks You will operate shipping and receiving computer systems, fork trucks, and associated equipment is required in this role Also you will ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace You will collaborate cross-functionally between operations, engineering, sales, and quality In this role you will maintain equipment and housekeeping within work environment

What makes you great

High School Diploma or GED is required You must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions, as well you must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Basic computer skills are required in this role Dangerous goods experience is preferred Moreover you must be able to operate fork truck, stock picker, electric hoist, scales, and label machines You must be able to lift up to 40lbs and complete forklift certification within 60 days of employment Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, and climbing Also you must be able to wear a face respirator
