Position Overview

This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys being in the field, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth transactions -- without the pressure of building a business from scratch. You'll work closely with our team lead and sales agents to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct property showings for buyers and renters Attend inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs Meet and coordinate with vendors, photographers, and contractors Host open houses and provide weekend coverage Communicate professionally with clients and cooperating agents Assist with listing preparation and transaction coordination Work evenings and weekends as needed (required)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$50,000 per year (W-2, paid biweekly)

Bonuses:

Discretionary performance bonuses

Additional Pay:

$50/showing when assisting other agents

Self-Generated Business:

Commission splits available

Vacation:

Two weeks paid vacation

Active

Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License

(required) Valid

driver's license
