Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property showings for potential buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to understand client needs and tailor property tours accordingly.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
  • Utilize provided leads to schedule and manage property viewings efficiently.
  • Assist in gathering client feedback post-showing to refine future property selections.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from collective experiences.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends to offer clients relevant advice and information.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Familiarity with the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from collective experiences.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and market research.
  • Motivated to grow in the real estate industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
