Real Estate Mentor Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed and experienced real estate professional who enjoys coaching, developing, and inspiring others while continuing to build their own production and earn rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values leadership, teamwork, and helping agents reach their full potential.
You will have access to a consistent pipeline of motivated agents, including both newly licensed professionals and individuals completing their pre-licensing courses. As you mentor and guide these agents, you will strengthen your own career, grow your network, and create long-term impact within a supportive and growth-oriented culture.
Through proven systems, structured coaching, and ongoing collaboration with top producers, you will have the tools to scale your leadership while creating additional income through mentorship.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

• Coach and teach contracts
• Teach database and COI marketing
• CRM training
• Coaching appointments
• Weekly accountability with agents
• Help negotiate contracts
• Individual Sales

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Real estate sales experience
• Completed transactions
• Team player
• Coachable and trainable
• Attend ongoing trainings and events
