Responsibilities: o Photograph and video residential and commercial properties, capturing the property's best features and details o Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality o Create floor plans, virtual tours, and 3D models of properties using specialized software and equipment o Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product o Maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment, and ensure that they are in good working condition o Schedule appointments and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines Qualifications: o High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred o Must have excellent organizational and communication skills o Passionate about providing excellent customer service o Be able to be a solution-based problem solver o Must have a valid driver's license o Training provided o Photography and drone experience are a plus o Adhere to Team standards for dress code and other policies About Company: Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
