We are looking for a licensed real estate professional in the South Bay who is motivated to learn to grow both personal production and leadership influence while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+.

• Coach and teach contracts
• Teach database and COI marketing
• CRM training
• Coaching appointments
• Weekly accountability with agents
• Help negotiate contracts
• Individual Sales
• Grow a team

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Real estate sales experience
• Completed transactions
• Team player
• Coachable and trainable
• Attend ongoing trainings and events
