Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional client service from listing appointment to closing. Conduct listing presentations that convert homeowners into clients. Oversee marketing campaigns for your listings, including staging, photography, and online exposure. Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best terms for your sellers. Keep clients informed and updated at every stage of the transaction.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Real Estate License Strong communication & negotiation skills Driven to grow your listing portfolio and market presence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
