You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers\' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

• Hunt for and cultivate leads through various channels such as referrals, marketing campaigns, and networking events
• Build relationships with potential clients and assess their needs to help them find their dream home
• Show properties and provide insightful information about local real estate market trends and values
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through the home-buying process and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your performance

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree desired
• Over 1 year of buyer\xe2\x80\x99s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Must have a valid U.S. driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and can travel by car
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
