You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

• Prepare various documents required for the sale, such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases, to facilitate the closing of a sale
• Organize and facilitate open houses, schedule and conduct showings, and present available properties to prospective buyers
• Initiate contact with pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and preferences for a home
• Work collaboratively with listing agents and other parties involved in the sale to negotiate and achieve favorable terms and results for buyers and sellers
• Provide relevant and up-to-date information to potential buyers about the local housing market to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Over 1 year of buyer\xe2\x80\x99s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Valid U.S. driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with the ability to travel by car
