Your Role:

Follow up with warm leads fast and consistently Deliver standout buyer and seller consultations Leverage our marketing systems to build top-of-mind awareness Show up coachable, hungry, and professional Be part of something bigger while growing your own business

What You'll Need:

Active Real Estate License (WA or ID) Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Sales experience is a plus, but we train the right people

Compensation:

$48,000 to $200,000+

Commission-based with bonuses. Your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Schedule Expectations:

Weekends are prime client time--especially Sunday Tuesday team meetings are required for collaboration and training Flexible Mondays/Wednesdays encouraged for recharge Agents should plan to work full days Thursday through Sunday
