We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent who is ready and available to help serve our customers who are referred to us from Zillow!

Responsibilities:

• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
• Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline.
• Provide world-class Customer Service to buyers and sellers -- this is our Bread & Butter.
• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.

Qualifications:

• Technology driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Show good organizational and time management skills
