Performs the functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.
Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence.
As part of a "front-of-house" team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and crafting a comfortable atmosphere by greeting visitors while supporting all employee-facing services
Ensure office is stocked with office supplies and other required items to maintain the office.
Manage and coordinate tenant reservations of common area spaces such as conference rooms, training rooms, event spaces, etc.
Manage and coordinate deliveries to the office and handle and requests or questions regarding packages.
Provide administrative support as necessary to top-level company executives and ownership.
