Brado\xe2\x80\x99s Quantitative Insight Analyst is primarily responsible for owning the development of cross-tabulations for all quantitative market research studies. As an expert in the creation of cross-tabulations using preferred software packages, the ideal candidate will also own all related cross-tab activities, such as Tab, Banner, and Netting Plans. They are involved in all aspects of quantitative engagements to act as an internal advisor on data exploration and statistical analysis, questionnaire programming and link checking, and data-posting/charting of tab data to begin the analytical process. This position affords opportunities for growth in data management, statistics/multivariate modeling, project management, and strategic research. We are looking for candidates that are excited to grow their breadth of experience in quantitative research, analysis, and modeling.

While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live near one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis, Chicago or the Dallas/Ft.Worth areas, so that they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide logistical, analytical, and strategic assistance regarding cross-tabulations, statistical investigation, and data-posting to slide charts. A Quantitative Insight Analyst takes the lead without being the lead. This person should proactively manage the execution, strategic analysis and output of their assigned projects.

Project Work:

• Is Brado\xe2\x80\x99s cross-tabulation expert, owner, and innovator.

• Leads the entire cross-tabulation process; from collaboration to ensure a \xe2\x80\x9cperfect\xe2\x80\x9d questionnaire is fielded, to the QC of raw/partial data to meet Brado\xe2\x80\x99s fielding requirements, to development of guiding documents (Tab, Banner, Netting Plans), to chart/data-posting of PowerPoint slides to begin the strategic analysis process.
• Ability to contribute to additional analytical investigations using SAS, SPSS, Excel, Maximum Differential Scaling, and Visual Basic.
• Accountable for ensuring all assigned aspects of the project are delivered on time and against client objectives.

• Supports department specific initiatives.
• Develops positive relationships with clients and other Brado teams.
• Successfully represents Brado in external facing settings (e.g., conferences, new business presentations or networking events).

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on experience with developing cross-tabs for quantitative primary market research studies.
• Agency or consulting experience is preferred.
• Comfortable recommending best practices and brings a strong point-of-view to the creation of Tab, Banner, and Netting Plans.
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, Maximum Differential Scaling), databases, and Excel
• Knowledge of Visual Basic preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Energetic contributor to various phases of the quantitative study, such as: questionnaire and online link checking, cross-tabs and statistical analysis, and data-posting to slide charts.
