Due to recent growth and continuous commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team.

This position will have authority over and is responsible for the quality control and assurance functions within the organization including but not limited to: development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system; document revision and control; records control; inspection activities; capabilities evaluations and updates; required FAA notifications; competency evaluation of employees and vendors.

This position requires a proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment, developing strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure the overall success of aggressive business objectives in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Need

  • 10 plus years of related experience
  • 7 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding 14CFR Part 145 operational requirements.
  • Understanding of AS9100 operational requirements.
  • Knowledge of IPC 610, IPC 620, and IPC J-STD-001 standards.
  • Thoroughly familiar with the maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration, manufacturing, and inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the work is performed properly and the airworthiness of the article on which maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed.
  • Thoroughly familiar with the applicable regulations, the RSQM, the Training Program Manual, the Forms Manual, and its documents with respect to the duties assigned.
  • Proficient in using various types of tools, equipment, and inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the articles being maintained, altered, and/or inspected.
  • Advanced computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Capability to perform detailed data analytics related to process and product performance and present findings to executive-level management personnel and regulatory and certification authorities.
  • Ability to generate and execute proactive, preventative, and reactive action plans quickly and effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of technical documentation requirements, interpretation, generation, and control.
  • Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to subordinates as well as management in a professional manner.
Certifications:

Must have a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
Must be capable of getting a valid passport issued.
Must be, or capable of being, certificated under 14 CFR part 65
