Job Description

Quality Inspector Lead for small aerospace manufacturer of small CNC machined parts needed in Seabrook, NH Direct hire first shift opportunity. $28-$40 per hour. Salary based on experience and skillset. Must have knowledge of CMM software for inspection, be a US citizen or perm Citizen and pass a federal background check and drug screening. This is new company in the Seabrook area, small family feel with a small Quality department. Parent company is located in RI.

Responsibilities

• CCM Software to perform Complex Inspections
• Analyzes and interprets blueprints and quality requirements to determine dimensions and tolerance specification.
• Creates inspection forms that meet customer specifications
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the product to the specification.
• Visually inspects parts for burrs, nicks, dents or cracks.
• Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to person running the job.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement test, returning parts for re-work if needed.
• Solid Mathematical Skills, ability to work with Mathematical concepts.

The essential functions of this role include:
