Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Process Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Two to three (2-3) years of experience in technical and/or production management.
Five (5) years of experience in quality oversight and statistical analysis.

BI Incorporated Responsibilities: Summary Manages and leads the Manufacturing Quality Assurance and Engineering groups within Internal Operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing and test processes, high quality standards and continuous improvement on all Company products. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Defines, specifies and approves the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products.
Develops, manages, and monitors initiatives to improve process and test engineering requirements related to measuring, testing, problem solving and data and failure analysis on product and process quality.
Responsible for identifying, developing and analyzing metrics for monitoring and improving quality by focusing on the implementation of effective, efficient processes.
Tracks and monitors customer complaints and validates corrective/preventive action systems.
Directs Quality functions to ensure incoming parts and assemblies meet quality requirements and specifications.
Oversees the Company's overall Quality system. Leads Company ISO:9001:2008 certification process at all applicable Company facilities.
Oversees the process of determining failure modes of defective material including documentation of failures, cause of failures and identification of corrective action.
Compiles data from multiple sources and generates regular reports which provide timely Quality information, documentation and data for upper level management
Works with the Supply Chain Manager to develop supplier score cards that effectively assess the capability and performance of all existing and potential key supply partners. Provides regular input on supplier performance.
Maintains and monitors use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in operations.
Obtains and maintains operation's product regulatory approvals, both domestically and internationally.
Manages the budget for the QA and Manufacturing Engineering Departments
