Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to perform inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure that our products and processes meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform detailed measurements, examinations, and analyses using various tools and equipment.
• Record and document inspection results, including any non-conformities or deviations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues or concerns.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and propose solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality control.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control strategies and initiatives.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing quality control activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, with specific experience in the cables and wiring industry and the telecommunications sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and tools.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and measurement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Construction site experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
