Perform a comprehensive final inspection on each completed vehicle, reviewing bodywork, refinish quality, mechanical work, ADAS calibrations, and structural repairs for accuracy.
Verify proper color match, texture, gloss, and finish for all painted or refinished panels.
Check panel alignment, gaps, hardware installation, and proper reassembly.
Ensure all safety-related systems (airbags, sensors, ADAS, lighting, restraints) function correctly.
2. Cleanliness & Delivery-Readiness
Confirm that the interior and exterior of the vehicle have been cleaned to delivery standards.
Inspect for overspray, dust nibs, tape residue, or any cosmetic imperfections.
Ensure all personal items are returned to the vehicle and that no shop materials remain inside.
Verify that warning lights are cleared and that no DTCs remain unresolved.
3. Communication & Corrections
Communicate any deficiencies to technicians, painters, or production staff for correction.
Reinspect repairs after corrections are made.
Notify customer service or production management of any delays caused by required rework.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects others may miss.
Ability to read and interpret repair orders
Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Willingness to work in a team environment and assistant in daily operations
Pay: $30,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
