Performs routine tests to ensure resulting mixture meets specified properties and consistencies. Performs periodic sampling of products as they are being bottled/canned to ensure continuous meeting of standards including product quality, fill levels, labeling, freshness dating, and container integrity. Records test data and communicates modifications to the manufacturing process to eliminate any irregularities performing computer data entry for QC program documentation.



This job may require lifting/carrying cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour period; and continuous standing and walking, manipulating and handling product samples while sitting.
Responsibilities:
Perform tests and use special equipment to ensure package and product quality. Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely. Clean equipment and area during and after shift. Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices. Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management. Work with production/maintenance as necessary. Keep daily records tests performed and results. Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
+ Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
+ Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
+ Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
+ Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
+ Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications:
18 years or older. High school diploma. Pass the drug test. Pass the background check. Pass computer skills test. Pass basic math/critical thinking test. Experience in Quality and manufcaturing industries
