Project Overview:

TROJENA (The Mountains of NEOM) will be an iconic, world-class destination, blending natural and developed landscapes and will offer unique experiences for residents and visitors alike. Located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia in the region of Tabuk just 50km from the coast, TROJENA will be a destination like no other on earth. Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities.

With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management consultancy services and construction management services to support the delivery of this iconic destination.

Performs assignments designed to develop professional work, knowledge and abilities. Guidance is provided by more experienced supervisors in the implementation of the quality program on one of the functional groups or on a project

Job Roles and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Participates in monitoring the implementation of the project program/plan.

\xc2\xb7 Reviews project documentation for conformance to quality program/plan requirements and reports comments to the Quality Supervisor or Area Manager.

\xc2\xb7 Reviews incoming communications for subject matter content and routes them to appropriate supervisor/manager for attention.

\xc2\xb7 Composes routine correspondence in response to requests for answers to inquiries from other departments, corporate offices, or external entities.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors follow-up actions required by supervisor/manager.

\xc2\xb7 Extracts data from reference material, either technical or non-technical in scope.

\xc2\xb7 Compiles, examines and prepares, or helps prepare information for studies or reports such as charts and graphs.

\xc2\xb7 Organizes material for meetings and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Complies with records management program.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains files of various historical data.

Basic Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 2-4 years of experience in the application of engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, or operations practices sufficient to comprehend specified engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations and certification requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in oral and written communication.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft software.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge is normally acquired through a recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline and/or specialized courses in engineering, quality or a specialized discipline and/or practical work experience in fields of design engineering, procurement, construction, and testing, operations.
