How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make Your Mark:

As the PR manager for AI and supercomputing, you will cultivate and maintain strong, proactive, two-way relationships with journalist that result in positive assessments and coverage for the company and its businesses.

You will execute media pitching, executive interview and speaking programs, providing prep materials, coaching and counseling to ensure that presentations and interviews are \xe2\x80\x9con message.\xe2\x80\x9d Ensure work aligns with company\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity and messaging framework. Maintain strong, leverageable knowledge of competitor moves, market dynamics and customer issues that enable competitive PR moves. Manage, direct and motivate agencies to execute against stated plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, drive and evaluate complex PR strategies and programs in support of business objectives or revenue targets.
  • Prepare news and launch activities, including coordinating media and analyst interviews, tours, events, generating releases, presentations and other materials as appropriate.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top media, and industry leaders (business, national, global).
  • Provide media and spokesperson training for key execs and sales leadership as needed.
  • Set or lead PR strategies, policies, standards and direction.
  • Recognized as an authority and thought leader on PR matters, and frequently called upon to handle sensitive issues or relationships.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of innovative PR practices across the company.
  • Manage and motivate agencies to deliver on message, on time, on budget.
  • Functional or department budget management.
About You:

Education and Experience Required:
  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Strong background in PR or a combination of marketing and communications disciplines.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong oral communications skills; ability to think on feet.
  • Story-teller, the ability to take complex concepts and messages and transform into an audience-resonating story.
  • Organization and program management skills.
  • Ability to link PR plans and activities to business results.
  • Well-developed analytic skills (measurement, ROI).
  • Comfortable as a spokesperson for the company.
  • Fluency in local language and English.
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy.
  • Agency and budget management.
  • Consultative skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. Annual Salary: $108,000.00 - $248,200.00
