Full-time position available with the Health Department, Communicable Disease Prevention located at 2400 Troost
Salary Range: $22.61-$34.48/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- This position is a Disease Investigator for Communicable Disease Prevention with over 10,000 disease reports received annually, this investigator is part of a response team that provides interviews, education, outreach activities, and prevention strategies toward preventing the spread of communicable diseases in the City
- Investigator is responsible for a caseload and is continually initiating and closing investigations as necessary.
Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor\'s degree; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience. Must pass a preemployment drug screen and post offer physical examination as prescribed by the City.
