What you will be doing: This Public Health Nurse (PHN) 4 provides supervision, management, and clinical support for the Fairbanks based Itinerant Nurses and the Delta Junction, Tok and Kodiak Public Health Centers. The PHN 4 (Nurse Manager) provides guidance for working with individuals, communities, and systems to ensure the wellbeing of whole populations through health promotion, disease prevention, and improved health status. Some of this position\'s core functions include public health, assessment, policy development, and assurance are an integral part for day-to-day management decisions as population-based activities at the individual, community, and system level are carried out by staff.
