We've increased our pay to better reflect the value of this meaningful role. Starting rates may increase based on relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support

Who We're Looking For:

Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded) Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) 2 weeks
