Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled

Fee-for-Service Clinician

(LMSW or LMFT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, high-quality clinical work, and a supportive team environment. The clinician will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintain documentation in accordance with professional standards, and participate in clinical consultation and supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families (telehealth and/or in-person). Maintain a caseload consistent with fee-for-service expectations. Complete all documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in accordance with insurance and clinical compliance standards. Participate in case consultation, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development. Collaborate with the administrative and leadership team to ensure client care continuity. Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice aligned with NYS and professional board guidelines.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). Active and valid New York State or New Jersey license. (Florida license a plus.) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (post-graduate internships considered). Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills. Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, or trauma-informed care. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to professional growth.
