Colorful Minds ABA is a center-based ABA clinic in Chicago serving children with autism. We partner with families, schools, and healthcare providers to help kids access high-quality, play-based ABA services. As we grow, we're working to reach more families and diversify our partnerships with local providers and organizations.

What You'll Do

Provider Outreach

Visit pediatric, family medicine, and related providers in the Chicago area. Introduce Colorful Minds ABA and explain what we do and how to refer. Drop off and restock brochures, referral forms, and business cards. Help set up brief provider presentations or lunch-and-learns. Keep a simple log of visits and follow-ups.
Community Outreach

Attend local events (libraries, autism walks, fairs, parent groups, etc.). Talk with families about our services and how to get started. Help with basic event logistics (materials, table setup, sign-in sheets).
Collaboration & Reporting

Weekly updates on referral progress Coordinate priorities and messaging with the Clinical Director and Intake Coordinator. Represent Colorful Minds ABA in a warm, professional way. Keep an up-to-date list of provider and community contacts (names, offices, emails, notes) Work with the team to send occasional email updates (e.g., via Mailchimp) to providers and community partners about our services, openings, and events.
What We're Looking For

Must have:

Experience in healthcare, medical sales, outreach, or provider relations. Comfortable walking into new offices and talking to staff and providers. Strong people skills and professional communication. Able to work independently and manage your own schedule. Reliable transportation in the Chicago area. Basic computer skills (email, simple spreadsheets).
Nice to have:

Experience with pediatrics, behavioral health, autism, or ABA. Existing relationships with local providers or schools. Experience with community events or health fairs.
Schedule & Pay

Status: Independent Contractor (1099) Hours: ~10-15 hours per week to start; long-term role if it's a good fit. Schedule: Mostly weekdays during provider office hours, plus occasional evening/weekend events. Pay: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience. Mileage and reasonable event/outreach expenses reimbursed. Performance-based bonus opportunities based on outreach results and growth in referrals (details discussed in the interview).
Location

Must be based in or near Chicago, Illinois. Field-based role with regular local travel.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
