Job Summary

Elite Property Management is a rapidly growing property management company that manages houses, and multi family units. There is a lot of growth potential within this company.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring high occupancy rates for the property.

This is a position where traveling throughout twin cities is a necessity (similar to realtor). This position will have a commission structure along with base pay!

Company vehicle may be provided.

You don't need experience, but you need to be motivated, and a self starter.

Duties

Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units

- Process lease applications and conduct credit and background checks
- Assist in lease negotiations and ensure all lease agreements are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
