We are currently seeking a

motivated Property Manager

to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys autonomy, and is ready to build and manage a growing portfolio of single-family homes.

What You'll Do

Portfolio Management:

Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties.

Leasing & Sales:

Use your

active Real Estate license

to lease properties, with the ability to sell properties for clients if desired.

Business Growth:

Partner with our dedicated

business development team

to expand your portfolio over the next 12-18 months.

Client Engagement:

Deliver exceptional service by guiding clients through the leasing/closing process while maintaining high-quality management standards.

What We're Looking For

Active Real Estate License (required). Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-driven, dynamic professional who thrives in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.
