is looking for an Assistant Manager with excellent leadership skills, positive attitude, enjoys creating a smooth efficient process while building positive relationships with residents and team members.

As our

Assistant Property Manager

, you'll support the daily operations of the property, working hand-in-hand with the Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction, team productivity, and financial success. Your responsibilities will include:

Resident Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Leasing Support:

Assist with leasing tours, lease signings, and application processing. Step in to lead when the Leasing Consultant is unavailable.

Financial Oversight:

Process rent payments, manage delinquencies, post charges, and support budgeting and reporting.

Operations & Administration:

Maintain accurate resident records, ensure lease compliance, and assist with vendor coordination and property inspections.

Team Collaboration:

Support leasing and maintenance teams, ensure smooth workflows, and help create a welcoming, efficient office environment.

Compliance & Policy:

Uphold Fair Housing regulations, safety protocols, and company policies across all functions.

Qualifications and Requirements:



With 2 years experience in Property Management Familiarity with property management systems Strong administrative and organizational skills Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing team Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental regulations (required)
