Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting. Carry out facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep of the premises. Execute residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Experience

Pay depends on experience Proven experience in maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting various systems. Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools is advantageous. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential for collaboration with team members and reporting issues.
