Maintenance Technician

that is familiar with all aspects of property maintenance to provide services and repairs at various Commercial real estate properties in the Tampa Bay area. (Dale Mabry Hwy and Waters Ave area)

Technician Job description:

Your main responsibility is daily trash portering and to respond to maintenance and repair requests at local commercial properties that we own and maintain and to provide quality customer service that results in high tenant satisfaction.

The following tasks are typical of what you will be asked to perform:

Daily trash removal

Interior and exterior preventative maintenance and general repairs.

Paint interiors and exteriors Perform light carpentry tasks. Irrigation maintenance Replacement of lights around property Leaf Blowing Cleaning of gutters on roof Pressure Washing HVAC drain line monitoring of all units on roof Provide plumbing repair and small project installation Electric repair and small project installation Trimming of trees on property Escort vendors for monthly/quarterly/annual inspections (fire, sprinkler, life safety) Routine Maintenance around property HVAC knowledge for routine maintenance Roof knowledge
Here's a few more details that will help you assess if you're a solid match for this opportunity:

You live in the Tampa Bay area and you have reliable transportation to and from work sites and the office. You have a good driving record, a valid driver's license and you're able to pass a background check. We ask that you have 3 years or more of general handyman, commercial and/or residential construction, maintenance, and repairs experience. You should be experienced in carpentry, installations, communication, and customer service. You have an eye for details, you think analytically, have a great work ethic, and you're organized. You must have your own tools, own a working cell phone, and be able to get along with your fellow workers You must be dependable!
