PROPERTY INSPECTOR - Photo Field Consultants
Must Reside in Kansas to be considered.

Photo Field Consultants are needed throughout Kansas to conduct curbside, exterior, and interior inspections.

It\xe2\x80\x99s a unique role working with Sybil Mobile Notary. LLC. Our Partners and clients rank from No. 1 to 100 of the Americas Largest Corporations.
Your primary duties are taking pictures of homes, commercial properties, land lots then uploading your high-quality digital photos, and completing the reports. Its Unique, fun, and lets you set your own hours. Our team works 7/days a week, day and early evening hours only. No nights.

• Work during daylight or daytime hours only. Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday, Holidays too
• Must live in the states we are advertising for, to be considered (see coverage area).

Property Inspector Requirements

• Must have property inspection, assessment or preservation experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Reliable and insured vehicle (required to use own vehicle \xe2\x80\x93 we do not supply a vehicle for this position)
• Smart Phone: Apple, or Android (phone must be to support our mobile apps).
• Laptop or tablet or computer with a camera and sound (The camera and sound are required for the interview, for training and for the job itself sometimes)
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, snow, rain, wind, etc.

Property Inspector Responsibilities

• Calling borrowers, homeowners, realtors, commercial business POC to schedule data/survey collection and inspection dates and times.
• Following up with borrowers and homeowners through phone call or text if necessary.
• Arriving to properties unannounced to conduct exterior home inspections.
• Conducting phone and onsite interviews regarding property specifics including but not limited to building materials, year built, private property protection, additions, renovations, or construction, etc.
• Collecting photographs of the interior and exterior of the property including but not limited to photos of the roof, all sides of the home, exterior amenities and hazards, external obsolescence, heating, plumbing, electrical systems, interior furnishings and building materials.
• Identifying and reporting on hazards, quality or condition of the property, outbuildings, and the surrounding neighborhood if applicable.
• Measuring the perimeter of the property using a wheel and inputting accurate diagram of the home including square footage and different components into mobile application.
• Measuring the interior and diagramming rooms, amenities, and walls.
• Experience in home or commercial inspection services is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge or experience in the following is helpful but not required: transportation or delivery services, process services, installation maintenance or repair (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), door to door sales, landscaping or grounds keeping, grounds cleaning and maintenance, insurance, data/survey collection, working outdoors, construction, customer service, valuation condition reports or real estate appraisals.
