Discover Impactful Work: As the Project Support Lead, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be reporting to the Privacy Risk & Compliance Program Manager and working closely with our Global Privacy Office and cross-functional partners to coordinate complex Privacy initiatives. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing a portfolio of projects, building new solutions for the ever-changing privacy industry, and streamlining existing processes ensuring that personal data is managed in a risk based and effective manner. Creative problem solving and cross-functional collaboration enable successful project delivery in this role.

This is a full time, permanent remote working opportunity to be based within the UK or US.

What will you do?

• Daily maintenance of our Privacy Management Platform and program mailboxes, including responses and escalation of any unusual trends as well as any high-risk observations
• Take the lead on in house Global Privacy Office communications, through Yammer posts, newsletters, FAQs, iConnect/SharePoint content maintenance
• Lead projects, working with multiple work streams and/or project teams to deliver against project plans
• Promote, run and deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and seek opportunities to connect outcomes with other projects/priorities
• Proactively diagnose project challenges, communicate issues or risks in a timely and effective manner, and develop solutions to address and overcome them
• Ensure all project close-out activities are completed.
• Identify and report on lessons learned after project close-out

Who we are looking for:

• Demonstrated ability in project management completing projects from initiating to implementation
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks across a portfolio of projects.
• Privacy experience is not necessary, but a strong interest in this area is key; as training will be provided to become an SME with our Privacy Management Platform.
• Team-oriented problem solver
• Enjoys working within a fast-paced work environment
