Work you\'ll do/Responsibilities

  • L2/L3 tech team lead/ production support management. Responsible to lead, develop, and grow the production support teams by providing day to day direction.

  • Work as part of the management team to respond to client priorities

  • Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution to resolve tickets.

  • Communicate with line of business and management the overall status and health of the application

  • Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause

  • Test and validate system performance.

  • Manage quality metrics and build reports focusing on improvement, cost effectiveness and efficiencies including but not limited to KPI\'s and review SLA\'s for support tickets.

  • Contributes to strategic planning for the environment, providing metrics to support the business case and return on investment.

  • Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope

  • Projects may have significant and long-term impact

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years\' experience in support operations

  • 5+ years\' experience managing production support teams

  • 5+ years\' experience with Informatica BMD/PWC

  • 5 + years of experience working with AWS Glue and SQL

  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle DB and AutoSys

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience in production support and SDLC

  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions

  • Able to contribute to automation, causal analysis, and develop shared/common solutions

  • Hands-on experience with incident and problem management

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
