Summary of Job Duties: The Project One Admissions Specialist is a part-time position supporting the implementation of a System-wide SIS. This support position is responsible for a wide range of activities such as tracking institutional notes and tickets, maintaining accurate records of progress and deficiencies in readiness, communicating with member institutions as needed, and working with a large group of higher education and implementation experts to achieve a unified goal.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and must be able to coordinate activities in a collegial and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

The formal education of a bachelor\'s degree

Two years experience in recruiting and admissions, higher education, or similar field.

Experience working with various student information systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Administrator experience with student information systems

Salary Information: $25/hr (part time position ~ 20 hours a week)
